- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel, drained
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain any excess grease.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until creamy and smooth.
- Mix in the cooked sausage, Rotel, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), and season with salt and pepper until well combined.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions before serving hot.
