Description

A creamy and cheesy dip that combines bold flavors, perfect for game nights and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled, cooked ground sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
  • Crackers, tortilla chips, or bread slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a medium baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain any excess grease.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  4. Mix in the cheddar, pepper jack, crumbled sausage, diced green chiles, Worcestershire sauce, and all seasonings until well combined.
  5. Spread the dip mixture evenly in the prepared dish. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with your choice of crackers, tortilla chips, or bread slices.

Notes

To make a lighter version, substitute with turkey sausage and low-fat ingredients.
