Scale
- 1 lb ground sausage (mild or spicy)
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley or chopped green onions.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding diced jalapeños or chopped bell peppers. This dip can be made a day in advance, just bake when ready to serve.
