- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until it’s browned and crumbly. Make sure to drain any excess grease afterward.
- Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add Flavor: Stir in the cooked sausage, Rotel, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Bake the Dip: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
