Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C).
  2. Thinly slice the apples to about 1/8-inch for the best crispiness.
  3. Mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  4. Toss the apple slices in lemon juice, then sprinkle the cinnamon mixture over them.
  5. Lay the apple slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 1-2 hours, flipping halfway through until they are dry and crisp.
  7. Allow the chips to cool completely before storing.

Notes

For a sugar-free version, omit the sugar. Store in an airtight container to keep fresh.
