- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip into the beaten egg, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Roll the egg-coated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture until well covered.
- Arrange the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
Notes
