Instructions
- Make the Big Mac Sauce: In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Set aside in the fridge.
- Cook the Ground Beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
- Warm the Tortillas: Microwave tortillas between damp paper towels for 30 seconds or toast in a dry skillet.
- Assemble the Wraps: Spread 2 tablespoons of Big Mac sauce on each tortilla. Top with cooked ground beef, lettuce, onions, dill pickles, and cheddar cheese.
- Roll and Toast: Roll wraps tightly and place seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat; toast for 2-3 minutes until golden.
