Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut your leftover bread into even cubes, about 1-inch in size.
  3. Toss the bread cubes in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dried herbs until well-coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned bread cubes onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
