Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, instant yeast, and salt.
  2. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough briefly on a floured surface until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Once the dough has risen, transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Use your fingers to stretch it out to fit the pan, creating dimples in the surface.
  7. Drizzle olive oil on top, then sprinkle with fresh rosemary and coarse salt.
  8. Let it rise for another 15 minutes before baking.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
