Ingredients

- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- Flaky sea salt for finishing
Instructions
- Combine warm water and yeast in a small bowl and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Mix bread flour and salt in a large bowl, create a well, and add yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Stir until a sticky dough forms, then transfer to a floured surface.
- Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 2 hours until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Transfer risen dough to a greased baking sheet, stretch out, and make dimples.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary, and add flaky sea salt.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
