Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • Flaky sea salt for finishing

Instructions

  1. Combine warm water and yeast in a small bowl and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Mix bread flour and salt in a large bowl, create a well, and add yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Stir until a sticky dough forms, then transfer to a floured surface.
  4. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 2 hours until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  7. Transfer risen dough to a greased baking sheet, stretch out, and make dimples.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary, and add flaky sea salt.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
  10. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
