  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Pour in the broth and milk, stirring to combine.
  4. Stir in the pasta, making sure it’s well-coated.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer until pasta is tender.
  6. Finally, stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and it’s ready to serve!
