- 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

- 2 cups Broth (beef or chicken)
- 1 cup Milk
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Herbs, to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Pour in the broth and milk, stirring to combine.
- Stir in the pasta, making sure it’s well-coated.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer until pasta is tender.
- Finally, stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and it’s ready to serve!
