- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the browned meat.
- Add the beef broth and tomato sauce, then bring everything to a simmer.
- Stir in the elbow macaroni and cover the skillet. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts and combines beautifully.

Notes
