Description

Deliciously crispy chicken tenders coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, perfect as a main dish, appetizer, or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs.
  2. In another bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs, ensuring they’re well-coated.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the chicken tenders for 3–4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. In a separate saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer.
  8. Once the chicken is cooked, toss it in the honey garlic glaze until fully coated.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a crispy texture, double dip the chicken in egg and breadcrumbs. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or in the freezer for 2-3 months.
