Ingredients

- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until it’s browned and no longer pink, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Once the turkey is cooked through, pour the sauce over the turkey and stir well to coat evenly. Allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Pairs well with steamed rice or quinoa. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
