Description

A flavorful and easy weeknight meal featuring lean ground turkey glazed with a delicious honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until it’s browned and no longer pink, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Once the turkey is cooked through, pour the sauce over the turkey and stir well to coat evenly. Allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Pairs well with steamed rice or quinoa. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
