Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, aiming for about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the meatballs to the hot skillet. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
- Serve hot, either on their own or over a bed of rice or your choice of side dishes.
Notes
Feel free to substitute breadcrumbs with oats or almond flour for a healthier option.
