- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar (dissolved in the mixture)
- 3 large Eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream (substitute with lighter cream if desired)
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour (gluten-free alternatives work)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Whipped Cream (for serving)
- 1 cup Fresh Berries (for serving)
- 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce (for drizzling on top)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add in the granulated sugar, mixing until dissolved.
- Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated.
- Pour in the heavy cream and mix until well combined.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour and salt, then fold gently until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is beautifully burnt and the center is jiggly.
- Allow it to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

For best results, ensure that cream cheese and eggs are at room temperature before mixing. Avoid overmixing to maintain a light texture.
