Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet of gravy mix (your choice of flavor)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Set your Instant Pot to ‘Sauté’ mode and add olive oil.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Brown the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Pour chicken broth into the pot and scrape up any browned bits.
- Stir in the gravy mix until well combined.
- Return chicken to the pot, ensuring it’s submerged in gravy.
- Close the lid, set valve to ‘Sealing’, and cook on ‘Manual’ for 10 minutes.
- Allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Remove the chicken, shred if desired, and serve topped with gravy.
Notes
For a twist, consider adding sautéed onions or garlic to the gravy!
