Description

Quick and easy Instant Pot Steak Bites, infused with garlic and Worcestershire sauce for a tender, juicy meal in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the steak pieces generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Set your Instant Pot to the ‘Sauté’ function and heat the olive oil.
  3. Add the seasoned steak bites and sear until browned on all sides.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
  5. Close the lid, set the pressure valve to ‘Sealing’, and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
  6. After cooking, allow for a natural release for 5 minutes, then perform a quick release for the remaining pressure.
  7. Serve your steak bites hot.

Notes

Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or in tacos. Consider marinating the steak beforehand for extra flavor.
