Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Season the steak pieces generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Set your Instant Pot to the ‘Sauté’ function and heat the olive oil.
- Add the seasoned steak bites and sear until browned on all sides.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
- Close the lid, set the pressure valve to ‘Sealing’, and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
- After cooking, allow for a natural release for 5 minutes, then perform a quick release for the remaining pressure.
- Serve your steak bites hot.
Notes
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or in tacos. Consider marinating the steak beforehand for extra flavor.
