Ingredients

- 4 cups of milk (whole or 2%)
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt (with live active cultures)
- Toppings: fresh blueberries, granola, sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Pour the milk into the Instant Pot and select the ‘Yogurt’ function.
- Heat the milk until it reaches 180°F (82°C).
- Let the milk cool to 110°F (43°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the plain yogurt with a bit of the cooled milk until smooth.
- Stir the yogurt mixture back into the milk in the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid and select the ‘Yogurt’ function to incubate for 8 to 12 hours.
- After incubation, transfer the yogurt to containers and refrigerate for several hours to set.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
Notes
Use a food thermometer for accurate temperature control. Customize your batch with different toppings or flavors.
