- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, and corn)
- 4 cups mashed potatoes (prepared with butter and cream)
- 2 cups kale or cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the onion and garlic until softened and fragrant.
- Add the ground beef or lamb and cook until browned; drain excess fat if necessary.
