- 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 1/4 cup strong brewed cappuccino, cooled
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Mix the Irish cream liqueur, brewed cappuccino, egg, and vanilla extract until incorporated.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it gently until it comes together.
- Pat the dough into a circle, about 1 inch thick, and cut into wedges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Allow them to cool on a wire rack before serving.
