- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or any cheese blend)
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1–2 jalapeños, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced jalapeños to the skillet and sauté until they soften.
- Stir in the cream cheese and let it melt into the mixture.
- Toss in the shredded cheese and the can of diced tomatoes with green chilies. Mix until combined.
- Season the dip with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm with crunchy tortilla chips.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with sautéed mushrooms or lentils. Consider using a mix of cheeses for richer flavor.
