- 2 lbs Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless
- 4 cups Broccoli Florets
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 can Cream Soup, condensed (e.g., cream of chicken, mushroom)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
Instructions
- Layer chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Spread the condensed cream soup over the chicken.
- Add broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish and serve hot.
