Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Lay an egg roll wrapper or tortilla flat, spoon the beef mixture and sprinkle cheddar cheese in the center.
  6. Roll it up, folding in the sides for a tight seal.
  7. Brush each rollup with melted butter.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
