			- Egg roll wrappers or tortillas
 - 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 tbsp butter, melted
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
 - Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Lay an egg roll wrapper or tortilla flat, spoon the beef mixture and sprinkle cheddar cheese in the center.
 - Roll it up, folding in the sides for a tight seal.
 - Brush each rollup with melted butter.
 - Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
 - Serve warm and enjoy!
