Description

A spicy and flavorful Bloody Mary cocktail, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 3 ounces tomato juice
  • 1/2 ounce pickle juice (from pickles)
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes hot sauce (like Tabasco)
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Celery stalk
  • Dill pickle spear
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Lemon wedge
  • Green olives
  • Cucumber slice

Instructions

  1. Run a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it into celery salt. Set this aside.
  2. In a shaker or jar, combine vodka, tomato juice, pickle juice, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, ground black pepper, and smoked paprika (if using).
  3. Add ice to the shaker or jar and shake for 10 seconds, or stir well to mix the ingredients.
  4. Fill the prepared glass with ice.
  5. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
  6. Garnish with a celery stalk, dill pickle spear, cherry tomatoes, lemon wedge, green olives, and cucumber slice as desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy creation!
