A delightful blend of flavors with marinated tortellini, creamy mozzarella, and savory salami on a skewer, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 9 oz cheese tortellini (cooked and cooled)
- 1 cup mozzarella balls (ciliegine)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 12 slices salami, halved and folded
- 1/2 cup green olives
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing or herb marinade
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
- Toss cooled tortellini in Italian dressing or herb marinade and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Rinse and dry cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.
- Cut each slice of salami in half and fold each half into quarters.
- Pat mozzarella dry and drain olives.
- Assemble skewers by threading tortellini, salami, mozzarella, olives, cherry tomatoes, and basil onto sticks.
- Brush assembled skewers lightly with leftover marinade.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
Best served cold or at room temperature. Can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container.
