Ingredients

  • 1 cup pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, pasta, diced tomatoes, Italian dressing, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer this mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  4. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
