- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, blend the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper until everything is mixed well.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it into a greased baking dish.

- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
