  • Italian bread or hoagie rolls
  • Lettuce

  • Pepperoncini peppers
  • Olives

Instructions

  1. Carefully slice the Italian bread or hoagie rolls in half lengthwise.
  2. Layer the bottom half with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, pepperoncini, and olives.
  3. On top of the veggies, arrange the salami, ham, and provolone cheese.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the layers and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Close the sandwich with the top half of the bread.
  6. Cut into portions as desired and enjoy immediately, or refrigerate it for later.
