Description

Warm and savory sliders stuffed with layers of deli meats and gooey cheese, perfect for gatherings or a casual dinner.

Ingredients

  • Slider rolls
  • Sliced deli meats (ham, salami, and turkey)
  • Provolone cheese
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves into a baking dish, cut side up.
  3. Layer the slices of ham, salami, and turkey over the rolls.
  4. Add a generous layer of provolone cheese atop the meats.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Brush this flavorful mixture over the top halves of the rolls.
  7. Carefully place the top halves of the rolls back on the sliders and brush with any leftover butter mix.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and the tops are golden brown.
  10. Once out of the oven, add pickles if desired, slice, and serve warm.
