Ingredients

- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or Parmesan)
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the bread machine according to the manufacturer’s order.
- Select the ‘Basic’ or ‘Italian’ setting, adjusting the crust preference if necessary.
- Press start and let the bread maker work.
- Once baked, carefully remove the bread from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy with your favorite meal!
Notes
For longer storage, slice the bread, wrap it tightly in plastic, and freeze it. It can last up to three months.
