- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or parmesan)
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Add all listed ingredients into your bread machine following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Select the ‘Basic’ or ‘Herb Bread’ cycle.
- Start the machine and let it mix and bake the bread.
- Once the cycle is complete, remove the bread and cool on a wire rack.
- Serve warm with your favorite meal.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat slices in the toaster or oven.
