Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Add the crumbled bacon (if using) and diced jalapeños, mixing until evenly distributed.
- Incorporate the flour gradually, followed by the evaporated milk.
