- 2.5 lbs Chicken Breast (cooked & chopped)
- 4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- Salt/Pepper (Pinch)
- 4 slices Cooked Bacon (chopped)
- 1 large Jalapeno (seeded & chopped)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Begin by cooking your chicken using your favored method, such as poaching for about 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Chop it into small pieces and set aside.
- While the chicken cools, prepare the bacon by cooking it to crispy perfection and then chop it into pieces. Don’t forget to seed and chop the jalapeño!
- In a large bowl, mix together the chopped chicken, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped bacon, jalapeños, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Serve the salad chilled.
Notes
For an even creamier texture, let the cream cheese come to room temperature before mixing. Consider adding a few dashes of hot sauce for extra kick.
