  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • Salt/Pepper (Pinch)
  • 4 slices Cooked Bacon (chopped)
  • 1 large Jalapeno (seeded & chopped)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking your chicken using your favored method, such as poaching for about 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Chop it into small pieces and set aside.
  2. While the chicken cools, prepare the bacon by cooking it to crispy perfection and then chop it into pieces. Don’t forget to seed and chop the jalapeño!
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped chicken, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped bacon, jalapeños, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Serve the salad chilled.
