- 8 Jalapeño Peppers
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 8 slices Bacon
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the jalapeños: Cut them in half lengthwise, removing the seeds carefully.
- Mix your cheese: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Stuff the peppers: Fill each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap in bacon: Secure a piece of bacon around each stuffed half. Use a toothpick if needed.
- Coat with breadcrumbs: Roll the stuffed peppers in breadcrumbs for an added crunch.
- Bake: Place the poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
- Enjoy: Serve them hot straight out of the oven!
