Description

  • 8 Jalapeño Peppers
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the jalapeños: Cut them in half lengthwise, removing the seeds carefully.
  3. Mix your cheese: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  4. Stuff the peppers: Fill each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap in bacon: Secure a piece of bacon around each stuffed half. Use a toothpick if needed.
  6. Coat with breadcrumbs: Roll the stuffed peppers in breadcrumbs for an added crunch.
  7. Bake: Place the poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
