- 12 jalapeños
- 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 3 Tbsp green onion (chopped)
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 6 oz bacon (cooked and chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Carefully slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and use a spoon to remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, green onion, cheddar cheese, and cooked bacon. Mix until well blended.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture so it’s level with the sides.
- Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
Notes
For a milder flavor, remove all seeds and membranes from the jalapeños. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
