Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers into rounds.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Combine cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella in a large bowl.
  4. Tear the basil leaves and toss them in.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Gently combine and serve.
