Instructions
- Mix the olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a smooth marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they’re well-coated. Let them rest for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
- While the chicken is grilling, dice the avocado and prepare the cherry tomatoes.
- Once done, slice the chicken and serve it topped with diced avocado and halved tomatoes. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
