- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup keto-friendly BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the chicken, BBQ sauce, cream cheese, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix until all the chicken is well coated.
- Place this mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it’s nicely browned.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
