- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the pot; cook until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Add chopped cauliflower and cook until tender, approximately 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a creamy consistency, use an immersion blender after adding the cauliflower. Substitute ground beef with ground turkey for a leaner dish.
