  • Optional: 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and erythritol. Beat until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, continuing to mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the cream cheese mixture, blending thoroughly.
  6. If using, fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips or nuts.
  7. Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out to allow for spreading.
