Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces corned beef
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay out slices of Swiss cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. On each slice, layer a portion of corned beef, a tablespoon of drained sauerkraut, and a spread of Dijon mustard.
  4. Roll the cheese around the filling tightly. Secure each roll with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and crispy.
