- 8 ounces corned beef
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay out slices of Swiss cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- On each slice, layer a portion of corned beef, a tablespoon of drained sauerkraut, and a spread of Dijon mustard.
- Roll the cheese around the filling tightly. Secure each roll with a toothpick if needed.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and crispy.
- Once out of the oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
