  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (cremini or button)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and mushrooms until tender and fragrant.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with sautéed garlic and mushrooms.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and add half of the shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper and stir until well mixed.
