  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix the onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Rub this seasoning onto the chicken thighs and let them sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  2. Prepare the Green Beans: Trim the green beans and microwave them for 8-10 minutes in a bowl with 1/2 cup of water until just tender.
  3. Sear the Chicken: In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the seasoned chicken thighs and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through (aim for an internal temperature of 165°F). Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Sauté the Garlic: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Toss in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
