- 1 lb ground meat (beef, chicken, or turkey)
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese (or provolone or Swiss)
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 large lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground meat until it’s browned and fully cooked through.
- Add diced bell peppers and onions, cooking until they soften.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper for flavor.
- Lay out your lettuce leaves and spoon the meat mixture onto each leaf, topping it with a sprinkle of Monterey Jack cheese.
- Roll the lettuce leaves tightly and use toothpicks to secure them if necessary.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy every bite!

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
