- 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves or low-carb wraps
Instructions
