Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add in the sliced bell peppers and onions, and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, ensuring everything is well combined.
- Remove the skillet from heat and fold in the shredded provolone cheese until it melts into the beef mixture.
- Lay a generous portion of the filling onto each low-carb tortilla, roll tightly, and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
