- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Push the vegetables to one side and add the ground beef, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, mixing thoroughly.
- Add the provolone cheese and stir until melted.
- Spoon the mixture onto lettuce leaves, roll them up, and serve.
Notes
Serve with creamy ranch or guacamole for dipping. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
