Instructions
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and bell peppers; sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until the beef is browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded provolone cheese until melted and thoroughly mixed.
- Spoon the flavorful mixture into crisp lettuce leaves, roll them up like a wrap, and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to swap out provolone for another cheese or add spices as desired. For an added crunch, sauté veggies for less time.
