Instructions

  1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and bell peppers; sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until the beef is browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
