Ingredients

- 1 lb sliced beef (sirloin or ribeye)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Keto-friendly dough or low carb wraps
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the sliced beef. Cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lower the heat and mix in the cream cheese until melted into the beef mixture. Stir in the shredded mozzarella until combined and bubbly.
- If using keto dough, roll out portions and spoon the beef mixture onto each piece. If using low-carb wraps, fill them with the filling.
- Roll them up tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
