Ingredients

  • 1 lb sliced beef (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Keto-friendly dough or low carb wraps

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the sliced beef. Cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lower the heat and mix in the cream cheese until melted into the beef mixture. Stir in the shredded mozzarella until combined and bubbly.
  4. If using keto dough, roll out portions and spoon the beef mixture onto each piece. If using low-carb wraps, fill them with the filling.
  5. Roll them up tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
